I’m Dr. Sandra Ombute Devi and I help sensitive, growth oriented individuals see the unseen, while navigating big life changes - career shifts, loss, spiritual awakenings, or emotional exhaustion. Through heart based practices, energy work, and intuitive guidance, I offer a safe space where you can receive the truth already within you and begin to take the courageous steps towards integrating this truth in your everyday life. My work draws on 25 years as a doctor of chiropractic, a practitioner of shamanic medicine, meditation teacher and a lifetime student of evolutionary consciousness.

Meet Sophie…
Sophie is a 42-year-old single parent and self-employed business coach. She's not religious, but she senses a greater force guiding life—something bigger than herself.
In recent years, Sophie navigated relationships that challenged her sense of identity and motherhood. By the time we met, she was emotionally exhausted, burned out from always “holding it together” for others. She felt disoriented, lonely, and depleted—physically, mentally and emotionally. Despite her years of self-development, business success, and a circle of close friends, a quiet grief and longing persisted beneath the surface.
She shared:
“I don’t know who I am anymore.”
Sophie was also experiencing insomnia, hair loss, anxiety, weight gain, and a growing disinterest in her work. While she had people she could call in a crisis—her parents, her ex-husband—this time felt different. Something deeper was calling: a surrender, a softening, a willingness to stop and receive.
Our first step was to create a safe space where she could let go and rest into something new that was emerging —an unfamiliar but necessary shift from always being in control. We had to find the feeling in her body, the language of her heart and the willingness of her mind to soften to a new experience.
This process is my life’s Opus-a weaving of everything I’ve learned and lived. It’s not about fixing. It’s about “meeting what is” with deep presence, and allowing new insight and healing to emerge naturally.
In the beginning, Sophie’s outer life didn’t change much—but her inner world was transforming. She began to feel again, in a way that brought more clarity, self-compassion, and deepened sense of connection to her heart. She redefined her relationship to motherhood, identity, and self-worth. She now sleeps better, dreams again, and feels more emotionally resilient and energetic. She’s nourishing herself with nutritious food, rest, and meaningful connections, and letting go of what she no longer needs to carry.
The biggest shift? Sophie remembers who she is again, and trusts herself. She has tools to successfully navigate intermittent anxiety, or mood swings, and carries a deeper knowing that guides her life.
Healing isn’t fixing—it’s remembering who you truly are.
Her journey isn’t over. It has just begun.
