These sessions are inspired by traditional cacao rituals, as well as approaches such as Sophrology and Hypnotherapy. They are offered in a simple, grounded, and intuitive way.

In this space, you are invited to:

How the evening unfolds

We begin with a warm cacao drink, shared in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

Cacao is traditionally used to support relaxation and a gentle opening of the senses. It helps create a receptive state for the inner experience that follows.

The session then unfolds in three phases:

  1. Arrival & grounding
    Breath awareness and introduction to heart-centered attention

  2. Guided inner journey
    A voice-led experience combining relaxation, visualization, and inner listening

  3. Integration
    Quiet time, optional sharing, and space for questions
