I grew up in Sweden, around horses, and it was the gentle strength and generous heart of the horse that helped me through a very turbulent childhood and early life. These beautiful beings have continued to show me the way in my life, career and personal healing. My love and devotion to the horse were the inspiration that initiated me onto the healing arts path as a professional practitioner. I started my path working on sport horses and their riders. Today, they are my allies, confidants and anchor to this earth. I could not and would not be here without the love and spirit of the horse.

For many years my work as a chiropractor and body awareness trainer included high performance horses and their riders. My clients flew all over the world to compete in one of the most dangerous sports in the world - 3 Day Eventing. It was thrilling, scary and brutally taxing on my nervous system, as well as on my clients. I came to understand a different path for my passion and service within this beautiful spirit of Equus. A Soul path of remembrance of who I am, through the love and compassion experienced when living and working with the horse, my master teachers and allies on this earth.
There is a saying…”a horse’s outside, is good for a person’s inside”. The Spirit of Equus shows us the deeper meaning of this through the shared heart experience with the horse.
