This monthly group gathering was inspired through my commitment to the Global Coherence Initiative, which is a movement committed to spreading love and compassion in to the world by elevating and radiating individual love. This inspiration of bringing awareness to individual heart awakening, through the collective heart field, has continued to grow as more of you are bringing your beautiful spirits into the field and elevating the collective consciousness with your amplified vibes.

It’s a real joy for me to facilitate this growing space of community and connection, where we get to witness and inspire each other while exploring technologies and practices for strengthening and toning our nervous system, amplifying our coherence and nurturing our ongoing heart awakening. Guided meditations, somatic practices, collective energy clearing and personal shares are part of the medicine in this intentional group.

When we follow our highest joy, we not only optimize our own transformative and creative powers, the world around us benefit as well.
